The Real Estate Group hosted a “Beyond Land Development: How to Buy, Value and Sell Your Real Estate Project” seminar on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 from 8:00-10:00 am at the Plymouth Country Club.

  • John Iannozzi presented “The Ins and Outs of Real Estate Tax Assessment Appeals and Agreements of Sale,” providing attendees a thorough introduction and review of assessment law with a step-by-step explanation of every significant aspect of assessment law.
  • J. Edmund Mullin presented “Builders Agreements of Sale,” providing attendees with information regarding the drafting of Agreements between builders and home buyers, and avoiding pitfalls in the process.
  • Bernadette Kearney presented “Land Purchase Agreements of Sale,” providing attendees with information regarding the preparation of Agreements of Sale for purchase of land for development.
