Joseph J. McGrory, Jr., chair of the Municipal Law Department, recently participated as a panel member in the “Philadelphia Mental Health Court Civil Commitment CLE Update 2013,” – a seminar sponsored by the Court of Common Pleas – First Judicial District of PA. The panel provided an update for attorneys and judges involved in the mental health system throughout the five-county area. The seminar was held at Philadelphia City Hall.
