Attorney Joseph J. McGrory, Jr. participated as a panelist at a presentation to public officials on April 24, 2014 at the Plymouth Township municipal building. The purpose of the presentation was to discuss the Montgomery County Planning Commission’s model sign ordinance. The ordinance provides a comprehensive approach to sign regulations by incorporating best practices from communities around the country, appropriate federal and state statutes, and provisions based on recent leading court decisions involving signage.
