Kevin McGrath was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Literacy Council of Norristown (LCN). LCN is a nonprofit that provides instruction in Adult Basic Education (ABE) English for speakers of other languages (ESOL), and GED (high school equivalency) tutoring to adult learners in Norristown and surrounding areas.
