Merle R. Ochrach, Esq., principal in the firm’s Real Estate Law Department, was recently re-elected as treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Montgomery County Development Corporation.

The Montgomery County Development Corporation (MCDC) “was founded to serve as the administrator for business loan programs offered by the County and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As the Area Loan Administrator, the MCDC provides low interest rate loans for businesses looking to acquire real estate, make capital investments, or enhance existing capital stock.” The MCDC also “works with municipalities to provide special financing packages for businesses in improvement districts and other locations where substantial infrastructure improvements will change the fundamental business dynamics of a local community.”
