Steven A. Hann, Esq. recently spoke at the 2018 Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors Annual Conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The topic of Steve’s presentation was “Stormwater Compliance: What Your Municipality Needs to Know.” During the session, Steve discussed numerous issues that Pennsylvania municipalities need to be aware of under the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s (DEP’s) stormwater program. Among the topics discussed were municipal compliance obligations, MS4 permitting, DEP’s new stormwater permits, TMDLs and the formation of Stormwater Authorities.
