Steve Hann presented an update on stormwater issues at the Fall 2014 Conference of the Chester County Association of Township Officials on November 6, 2014.
The presentation was entitled When Rain and Not Money Falls from the Sky. Steve spoke primarily about legal issues associated with the creation of stormwater authorities in Pennsylvania as well as recent litigation involving stormwater fees.
